The Bobrick B-3574 unit includes a seat-cover dispenser, two toilet paper spindles, and a convenient disposal for feminine products like sanitary napkins. The seat covers and spindles have a lock to prevent theft. The dispenser holds up to 500 toilet seat covers, and the spindles hold toilet paper that measures 5-1/4″ in diameter.
