The Bobrick B-868 is a Designer Series counter-mounted automatic top-fill foam soap dispenser with a Polished Chrome finish. The die cast zinc spout sits above the counter on a Delrin plastic stem, and the 34-fl oz (1.0-L) bottle is filled from above through a spring loaded 180 degree rotatable lid with a concealed locking mechanism. An IR sensor starts each dispense, and two stage foam mixing with a control dial lets the foam texture be adjusted. A low soap LED on the spout flashes blue with approximately 25% capacity remaining. The unit fits counters up to 2″ thick through a 1-3⁄8″ diameter hole, needs 18-1⁄2″ of clearance below and comes with a 6V AC adapter. It is made for foam soaps under 100 cP that are not alcohol or iodine based.
