The American Specialties 0481-HCR is similar to 0481-HC, with the exception that the toilet paper dispenser and sanitary napkin disposal are opposite. The combo unit toilet seat cover and toilet paper dispensers with napkin disposal bin. This model holds and dispenses 1000 standard single or half-fold paper toilet seat covers contained in supply box, four (4) standard or 1800 sheet 4-1/2″ x 5-1/4″ diameter toilet paper rolls, and has a waste capacity of 1.3 gal.
