American Specialties 8154 Specimen Pass-Through Cabinet

The American Specialties 8154 Recessed Specimen Pass-Through Cabinet is a convenient way to handle urine and other fluid and tissue cultures for processing in a laboratory and can be used by patients in a restroom or medical staff within a physician’s office, hospital or testing center. The unit requires a rough opening that measures 11-1/2 inches in width by 11 inches in height and can be used in walls and other hard surfaces that are 1-3/4 inches to 5-1/2 inches in thickness. The design of the unit includes a type-304, 18-gauge stainless steel door on both sides of the unit. Each door is placarded to signify the purpose of the cabinet, and a drip tray in included inside to cut down on messes. The doors are both equipped with a full-length stainless steel piano hinge. All of the exposed surfaces in the specimen pass-thru cabinet have an attractive, smudge-resistant, yet luminous, satin finish.
