The ASI 9024-41 is a horizontal surface mounted baby changing station with a matte black high-density polyethylene body and a 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel door facing in a satin finish. The bed is shaped to cradle the child, and an adjustable two-part vinyl-coated safety strap with a Sure-Lock latch holds the child in place. A damped gas spring lets the bed open and close with one hand using less than 5 lbs of force. It supports a child weighing up to 50 lbs, and was tested during development to a 250 lb static load. A bag hook and a bed-liner dispenser that converts to a multi-fold towel dispenser are built in.
