The Bobrick B-505 is a recessed specimen pass-through cabinet with two spring-loaded, self-closing doors. The cabinet is 18-8, type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel with all-welded construction and a satin finish, and the 18-gauge stainless steel doors hang on full-length piano-hinges with cast-aluminum pull knobs. A door interlock prevents both doors from being open at the same time and provides a sight-barrier. A removable 24-gauge stainless steel spillage tray lifts out for cleaning, and an international graphic symbol on the doors identifies the cabinet. It fits walls 3″ to 5-3⁄4″ thick, and the TDS gives ADA/ICC and CBC doorknob height guidance.
