The Bobrick B-685 is a surface-mounted single-roll toilet tissue dispenser for one standard-core roll up to 5-1⁄2″ in diameter. The flanges and support arms are 18-8, type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel with a bright polished finish. Concealed 16-gauge brackets secure to 16-gauge wall plates with stainless steel setscrews, and each wall plate mounts with its prongs at the top using sheet-metal screws furnished by the manufacturer. The chrome-plated plastic spindle has a heavy-duty internal spring, and a theft-resistant spindle removable only with a special key is available by adding suffix .60 to the model number. Model B-6857 is the same dispenser with a satin finish.
