The Bobrick B-687 is a surface-mounted door bumper with a black neoprene bumper on a black nylon post. The base is 18-8, type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel with a bright polished finish. It installs with one #10 x 2-1⁄2″ sheet-metal screw furnished by the manufacturer. The base (687-4) serves as the template for locating the hole for the mounting screw. For wood or particle board at least 1″ thick, a #26 x 1⁄2″ pilot hole is drilled first.
