The Bobrick B-69997 is a surface-mounted double-roll toilet tissue dispenser with hoods. The shell and flange are drawn, one-piece, seamless type-304, 22-gauge stainless steel with a satin finish. Two 18-gauge type-304 stainless steel hoods are hinged to the shell. Two chrome-plated plastic spindles with heavy-duty internal springs ride on cast zamak support posts, and theft-resistant spindle part No. 283-604 is available as a replacement part. It mounts on a wall or partition with four sheet-metal screws furnished by the manufacturer. Model B-6999 is the same dispenser in bright polished stainless steel.
