The Bobrick B-998 is a Fino Collection counter-mounted automatic top-fill liquid soap dispenser with a Polished Chrome finish. The die cast zinc spout sits above the counter on a Delrin plastic stem, and the 34-fl oz (1.0-L) translucent, shatter-resistant high-density polyethylene bottle is filled from above through a spring loaded 180 degree rotatable lid with a concealed locking mechanism. An IR sensor starts each dispense, and a portion control knob sets the amount from approximately 0.4 to 3ml. A low soap LED on the spout flashes blue with approximately 25% capacity remaining. The unit fits counters up to 2″ thick through a 1-3⁄8″ diameter hole, needs 18-1⁄2″ of clearance below the counter and comes with a 6V AC adapter. It is made for liquid soaps of 100 to 19,000 cP, not alcohol or iodine based.
