The Bobrick 1082.67DDS DuraLineSeries® is a specialized overhead braced configuration designed for facilities that want the durability of a full height hinge without the visual weight of continuous wall brackets. Like the rest of the series, it is built from solid Compact Grade Laminate (CGL) with a fused black phenolic core, making it completely water resistant and tough enough for hose down maintenance.
This model features a specific hardware mix: heavy duty Continuous Stainless Steel Hinges paired with Standard Stainless Steel Brackets. The continuous hinge runs the full height of the door to prevent sagging, while the standard brackets offer a traditional, lighter look at the wall and panel connections. This package also includes a Door Stop to protect the stiles and latch mechanism from impact damage.
The system is built with substantial 3/4″ (19mm) thick stiles (pilasters) that stand 83″ (2108mm) high. These support 3/4″ (19mm) thick doors and 1/2″ (13mm) thick panels, both of which feature a standard height of 71-3/4″ (1822mm). All hardware is secured using factory installed threaded inserts and theft resistant Torx screws to ensure a long lasting, tight fit.
