The dispenser features a controlled delivery system, thanks to a tension spring outfitted on the unit’s sturdy stationary arm. By limiting how much the roll can rotate, the dispenser controls how much toilet tissue is used, reducing how much is needlessly dispensed and then just thrown away. Made from die cast zinc and covered with copper and nickel plating, the dispenser can accommodate two rolls of standard core toilet tissue that is 4-1/2 inches wide and 5 inches in diameter.
