The unit is designed to accommodate up to 500 standard, single-fold or half-fold paper toilet seat covers. Crafted from 18-8 alloy, type-304 stainless steel with an 18-gauge door and a 20-gauge cabinet, the dispenser has a hemmed cover dispensing slot that prevents the seat covers from snagging when they are removed from the unit while protecting users from injury. To attach the door to the cabinet, a full-length multi-staked stainless steel piano hinge that measures 3/16 of an inch in diameter is employed. A keyed tumbler lock is set into the door to reduce the likelihood of theft.
