The American Specialties 04833 is similar to 04823, but with a stainless steel collar for surface mounting. The unit is a toilet tissue dispenser with napkin disposal bin. The unit holds and dispenses two rolls standard or 1800 sheet 4-1/2″ x 5-1/4″diameter toilet paper. The removable waste container has a capacity of 1.3 gal .
