The ASI 1000A is a circular counter top waste chute with a 9″ outside diameter. It is made of heavy gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a rolled flange and satin finish on exposed surfaces. The chute directs waste into a receptacle (not furnished) placed directly below it. It installs permanently in an 8-1⁄8″ diameter hole in the countertop. Silicone sealant (not furnished) is applied under the lip and around the body before the chute is set in place.
