The Bobrick B-279 is a surface-mounted waste receptacle with a removable vinyl liner and a 6.4-gal. capacity. It is 18-8, Type-304 stainless steel with a satin finish: the one-piece front and sides are 22 gauge, the one-piece back and bottom are 26 gauge, and construction is all-welded. The heavy-gauge vinyl liner has four grommets that hook onto four spot-welded interior hooks. The top edge is hemmed and the bottom has a recessed finger grip for handling. It mounts with four sheet-metal screws, not furnished, with concealed backing for dry wall, and the space below the unit makes floor cleaning easier.
