The dispenser is fashioned from an average of 25 percent post-consumer recycled content and 35 percent pre-consumer recycled content. This model is free of controlled delivery constraints, allowing users to freely turn the chrome-plated plastic and dispense as much or as little toilet tissue as they wish. This model features chrome plated brass. The mounting brackets are heavy plated steel. The dispenser can accommodate a single roll of standard core toilet tissue that is up to 4-1/2 inches in diameter.
