Outfitted with a hinged brightly polished steel hood, the dispenser is fashioned from an average of 25 percent post-consumer recycled content and 35 percent pre-consumer recycled content. This model is free of controlled delivery constraints, allowing users to freely turn the chrome-plated plastic spindle and dispense as much or as little toilet tissue as they wish. To make the spindle easy to load, it is outfitted with a stainless steel spring. Made from stainless steel with a brightly polished finish, the dispenser can accommodate a single roll of standard core toilet tissue that is up to 5-1/2 inches in diameter. When installed properly, the toilet tissue dispenser is fully compliant with ADA barrier-free accessibility guidelines.
